Regulation is actually only going to become more favorable for the unaccredited investors and they need resources to make informed decisions. The true revolution is for the individual investor who can now more than ever, participate in the best way to create wealth. Which data and history show is investing in early stage technology companies.

This company is LEGENDARY. The turnaround story here if they can pull it off will be tremendous. This is the legacy player in this space. I'm shocked that they're raising on Republic, this is also a priced round. I don't think you can make a better investment. This is a great opportunity. Really excited to see what the company does in the years ahead.

We are just at the beginning of the crypto and alternative finance opportunities. This company nicely compliments Robinhood, Coinbase, Acorns, Betterment, etc and millennials seem to be in love with this space at the moment. Tons of threats, absurd amounts of regulation but it's right place right time. Let's see how it goes, excited to track the company going forward.

No clear winner in this space, could easily gain marketshare and traction. Even with just a small adoption in major cities it's an easy acquisition for a yelp, groupon or other daily deal site. Threats include Google rolling out something similar inside their google business features. Everyone fighting for customers, if you own a nail salon, etc this is a no brainer. Would be prudent to be listed and make the most of it

No solid options yet exist in this space. On demand, reliable, verifiable, vetted childcare is a no brainer in my opinion. Gig economy flourishing and becoming the new normal. I am extremely bullish on this type of flexible work and income generating lifestyle. Looks like a solid founder and excited to track company growth post Covid.
