What I look for in a team
"Founders should be passionate and hungry for success. I'm looking for founders who are so passionate about the problem they are solving, that they truly can't imagine waking up and doing anything else. At the same time, I want founders who are open to data, feedback, and the ever changing world - having a vision that is too focused and not open to change is just as dangerous as being unfocused."
Best advice for founders
"Most founders think that they raise money based on their idea, their presentation deck, their concept - but no. They are able to raise money because of themselves. When I invest in a business, it's because I am excited about the founder. All ideas change and pivot so I never get too married to an idea. But when I invest in a founder, I am investing in someone I want to be in business with for many years to come."
