Recap of Our Amazing Campaign
What an incredible four months! We started Republic because of many of you and our members that wanted to just be involved in this journey. In just 16 weeks, we’ve raised over 850% of our initial goal! We can’t thank you enough for being part of our story to disrupt the airline industry.
Four months flew by, but every week is a huge sprint at SkyHi as we work towards changing how we travel. Here are just a few highlights of all the amazing progress we made last year and through the Republic campaign.
Product Updates
Flair Airlines - We officially integrated directly with Flair Airlines. As a fast-growing Canadian carrier, this partnership increases our inventory and improves our unit economics. The improvements we made to our technology in the process will allow us to seamlessly integrate directly with additional airlines.
New Cities - During the Republic campaign alone, we added these 22 new cities, bringing our total number of routes to 6506!

Partnerships
WeWork - WeWork is THE most widespread co-working community in the world, and has a membership base of over 250,000 people, the vast majority of whom are in regions that SkyHi is available. WeWork members gain access to introductory SkyHi rates through their member’s perks page.
This new agreement gives SkyHi access to a highly relevant demographic that already makes up a significant amount of SkyHi subscribers. By offering WeWork members a perk to joining SkyHi, we can more effectively gain new members that have already proven to have a higher lifetime value and are more likely to recommend co-workers, friends, or associates to fly with SkyHi.
Flair Airlines - As mentioned above, our partnership with Flair airlines improves our offering to our members, improves our unit economics, and allows us to more easily integrate with future providers.
Lonely Planet - We recently struck a partnership to gain access to Lonely Planet's database of destinations, points of interest, and travel-oriented content. This will allow us to integrate targeted content to our members, website visitors, and social media following at multiple touchpoints. Starting with our highest-trafficked cities, current and potential members alike will start to see curated content based on their booking and search habits.
Spring Place - Spring Place is a network of exclusive, high-end coworking and networking spaces with locations in New York, NY and Beverly Hills, California. SkyHi is now being offered as a perk for all of its members globally. We’re already seeing a higher-than-average conversion rates from it.
Select - SkyHi has been selected to be a benefit for members of Select! Select is a curated community of thousands of members across the country with average annual incomes of $300k+. Their members are given access to discounted rates on travel, accommodations, restaurant perks and more. We're already seeing the benefit of having access to such a concentrated, affluent, and well-connected group of individuals.

Travel Massive - During the Republic campaign, we won a Travel Massive pitch competition and were on a live webinar with the founder of Travel Massive to discuss SkyHi and shifts occurring in the industry.
KingsCrowd - We were selected as a Kingscrowd “Deal to Watch.” Kingscrowd is a group of financiers, VC’s, technologist, founders, and industry experts that aggregates and rates startup campaigns on sites like Republic and more. They use research and proprietary algorithms to analyze startups and determine which ones are market leaders.
Cheddar - SkyHi was featured on Cheddar's Between Bells. Watch our CEO, Rama Poola, talk on live TV about SkyHi and the future of travel.

Advisors
Kevin Knight - Kevin Knight was the Group Chief Strategy and Planning Officer with Etihad Airways where he was a key decision-maker and leader in the development of an international multi-billion-dollar high growth business.
Overall he has 40 years of experience in Business and Aviation with expertise in business development, strategic planning, partnerships, operations, government affairs, and commercial functions. In addition, he has experience in mergers, acquisitions and business restructuring.
James Cruz - James is the former President of Bad Boy Records, one of the most relevant record labels in music history. He is also the former manager of the Grammy award-winning artist, P. Diddy. He has a strong network in the music industry, and beyond, and is looking to further the interests of SkyHi in various ways.
George Furla - George is a long-time Hollywood movie producer who has had his hand in dozens of movies of the past 20 years. Most recently, he was one of the executive producers of Martin Scorsese’s critically acclaimed film, The Irishman. With his numerous connections to celebrities and industry executives, George is helping to further our plans of onboarding relevant brand ambassadors with large followings for SkyHi.
Wayne Chang - Wayne Chang is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. His latest company, Crashlytics, was acquired by Twitter in its largest acquisition at the time. He was an early investor in Jetsmarter, as well as having been involved in notable startups such as Dropbox, Napster, and others, now valued at over $10 billion.
Since we’ve started, we’ve been focused on our mission to forever change the travel experience. We saw great momentum in 2019, and that momentum is already surging in 2020. We have broken new ground as the first subscription service for commercial airlines and will become a household name as we continue to grow.
