Update #7: $200k in Venture Capital + The Wall Street Journal Talks Dollaride
Dear Dollaride Supporters,
THANK YOU! Your support has allowed us to build a community of like-minded investors eager to put an end to transit deserts.
As a reminder, in the last few months, we’ve gained incredible traction. Outside of our campaign, we’ve received $200k in venture capital from Elemental Excelerator and was listed in Forbes as one of the top 100 black-owned businesses to support this year.
Our CEO, Su Sanni, was also the focus of a WSJ article highlighting him as a finalist of NYC’s David Prize, a $200k grant awarded to entrepreneurs focused on creating a better and brighter New York City.
All of this in just a few short months! So, what’s next?
We’ve got some serious momentum going into the winter, so let’s heat things up, shall we? We need everyone to share the final two months of our campaign with as many colleagues as possible! If you have any friends, family, or contacts interested in investing in technology, black-owned businesses, or startups poised to make an impact, let them know about Dollaride!
Encourage members of your community to check out our campaign and share their thoughts with us. Also, don’t be shy about sharing our deal page (https://republic.co/dollaride) on Facebook, Twitter, or even LinkedIn. Any questions, just ask!
Thank you all,
The Dollaride Team
