Why we are planning to extend our campaign
We are proud to report that we now have 4,254 investors and we have raised $864,016. The support from our investor community has been tremendous. We are truly humbled and honored with the incredible momentum of our campaign driven by our amazing investors who are now part of the Pure Green family.
There have been so many wonderful and unexpected benefits from our campaign. They say that when a company is featured on Shark Tank, sales skyrocket from the exposure. We have been experiencing a similar effect from our investor community:
1. Many of our investors and people who have learned about us through our campaign have expressed interest in franchising Pure Green locations. Over the past month, we have been flooded with franchise inquiries. We are in the process of signing on many new franchisees who invested in our campaign.
2. Many of our investors on Republic have said they will be supporting our new store openings when we open in their city/state. With the opening of our new Orlando location this upcoming Monday, June 1st, one of our investors said he will be driving 2 hours to attend the grand opening in person to meet our team, try all of products and he even offered to help! I was blown away by this as well as many similar types of responses from our Pure Green investor community.
3. Many of our investors have been actively visiting our Pure Green locations, ordering delivery and ordering our cold pressed juice and shots from our ecommerce platform.
4. In the past 60 days, I've been receiving calls from various VC and private equity firms and even a few billionaires, all of whom have expressed interest in investing is us. Some of these calls are leading to potential powerful alliances and strategic partnerships that we are working to structure.
The list goes on of the many benefits from our campaign on Republic and the incredible support from our investors.
With the current market conditions from the global pandemic, every dollar we raise can be applied for exponential results. With the current market conditions, the start-up cost for us to open corporate locations is half the price and for some locations even more favorable. We are able to open up corporately owned Pure Green locations for a fraction of the cost by taking pre-built locations, for example, a coffee shop that doesn't reopen due to coronavirus. Closing the gap in where our campaign is now to our maximum raise can add millions of dollars in revenue for us.
We have decided to extend our campaign to maximize these opportunities. We are planning on making the official filings on Monday. We are truly humbled by the incredible response to our campaign. We are beyond grateful to all of our investors and we greatly appreciate all the support as we quickly approach our maximum raise.
New & Enhanced Pure Green Branding
Through our journey to achieve our mission of building healthier communities around the globe, I will be keeping you well updated how we leverage our core values to continue to shape and refine our brand.
At Pure Green, our core values help to drive many of the decisions that we make. Recruiting and partnering with the best and the brightest along with our commitment to continuous improvement are key staples of culture.
In this spirit, we recently engaged a new highly talented branding designer who was a former Lead Designer for Tesla and Google. He is helping us to refine and polish our branding across all of our materials including digital and print. I want to share some of the initial materials that he put together with all of you to show you our more polished and refined brand direction that we are in the process of rolling out.
We are starting this process with a revised version of our brand guidelines to ensure we protect our brand as we scale. The brand guidelines show the proper use of our logo, color palettes and typography. This guide will be critical for us to ensure brand consistency as we scale:
New Website Design Enhancements
We are just starting to integrate some of the refinements from the above brand guidelines into our website. Below is the proposed new look of our website after the brand guidelines have been fully integrated. You will see these changes start to occur on puregreenfranchise.com over the next few weeks and we will continue to improve it.

PG GEAR
New Online Store
Many of our loyal guests at Pure Green as well as many of our Republic investors have been asking about purchasing Pure Green branded apparel, hats, mugs etc. We have engaged a talented fashion designer who was a former fashion designer for Ralph Lauren and New York & Company.
In the upcoming weeks, we will be adding a new section to puregreenfranchise.com for PG Gear. This will be a new revenue channel for us. We are more interested in PG Gear for the branding exposure, however, it will also generate a profit for us. This is a drop ship model where branded Pure Green apparel and products are embroidered and branded per order so there are no upfront costs for inventory. The PG Gear online store will feature branded:

- Bags
- Men's Line
- Women' Line
- Kid's Line
- Swag - iphone cases, sandals, etc

Pure Green Orlando GRAND OPENING, Monday, June 1st
Pure Green Orlando is opening on Monday, June 1st. All Pure Green investors are invited to the opening of our Pure Green Winter Park Location. For the opening week, June 1st to June 7th, all Pure Green investors will receive 10% off their entire purchase (just mention you are a Pure Green investor).
If you come by our Orlando opening, please make sure to introduce yourself to me, I’m looking forward to meeting you! I’ll be at the new Pure Green Winter Park location from June 1st to June 3rd.
