In addition to formalizing our Preferred Vendor status with the largest hospitality management group in the world Aimbridge we also secured landmark deals for individual locations in the last 30 days:

1. Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA - this is a landmark AAA+ 400 room hotel we secured for one of our LA franchise owners. ATM installation has already been completed and showing strong volume so this will be a fantastic location for both ACFN and our franchisee.

 2. Hilton Times Square NYC, NY - this 478 room hotel is a landmark NYC hotel and a AAA+ business opportunity we secured for one of our NYC franchise owners. Equipment is also installed and operational showing great performance straight out of the gate. This location is sure to generate great profits for both the franchisee and ACFN

As you can see our inside marketing team is hard at work and getting great results. We continue to grow both organically as well as pursue acquisition opportunity. We did complete successful acquisitions in 2018 and 2020 that added more than 450 locations to our portfolio and we are actively sourcing for additional acquisitions. As disclosed in our Form C filing with the SEC 90% of Crowdfunding proceeds will be allocated to fund acquisitions.  Successful acquisitions are expected to result in rapid growth of both revenue and profits creating meaningful value for shareholders.
