Asarasi - July Investor Update!
Asarasi Investors, Champions and Fans!
It’s been a couple weeks since my last update and as we head into the home stretch of the final weeks of the Asarasi campaign, I wanted to provide everyone here with another update! We are 830% Funded as of this moment and I am amazed by all of your support and excitement around Asarasi. Below are a few great highlights from the last couple of weeks and I hope you continue to share our opportunity within your network!
- Asarasi's orders from Chex Finer Foods to support the 160+ stores of the Fresh Market continue to grow significantly! Our in-store sales, are up 200% from last year through the end of July and with almost 12 months of data, we continue to see amazing growth in this market. Our repeat customer purchase volume in the Fresh Market also is growing tremendously. Our sales in store are up 237% comparing the timeframe February through April 2020 to May through July 2020 for the past 6 months which is very exciting to see our marketing and advertising efforts in stores are paying off!
- Our ecommerce sales, direct to consumer have more than doubled from last year with 325% growth comparing the same period from 2019 to 2020 YTD. This week, we surpassed the number of cases of Asarasi sold and shipped via this channel in all of 2019 combined!
- Our conversations with Anheuser-Busch and yet to be named Strategic NGO partner continue and we expect this to result in an amazing launch of the Asarasi brand nationally by the end of the year!
- Also, we have sourced a new co-manufacturing partner so that we can now produce in glass for the larger format sizes up to 24oz and can now also produce in aluminum can in 12Oz/16Oz cans (Skinny and Conventional). We are able to also secure packaging through our partnerships that create a significantly greater cost advantage allowing Asarasi to compete in the grocery store at sub premium price points with a premium positioned product line.
- Lastly, this week we executed on a Facebook Marketing Campaign which we have hired an agency to manage to continue to drive awareness around our fundraising efforts here on Republic with video creative assets being delivered to our Facebook audiences. We anticipate that we will see additional traction around our fundraise here on Republic by the time the round closes in 17 days! The Agency we have hired is Rebel Interactive rebelinteractivegroup.com and they will be managing our marketing efforts around in store promotions at our various retailers as well going forward the rafter the fundraise is completed.

We are very fortunate to have these amazing growth opportunities available for our business.
